Machining price estimating is an essential step. The accuracy of machining price statistics will directly affect the processing, production and sales of products, which is the top priority.What does the price include
1.Material cost: material procurement cost, material transportation cost, travel expenses incurred during the procurement process, etc.;
2.Processing costs: working hours of each process, equipment depreciation, water and electricity, tools, tooling, measuring tools, auxiliary materials, etc.
3.Management expenses: amortization of fixed costs, amortization of management staff wages, site fees, travel expenses, etc.
4.Taxes: national tax, local tax;
5.Profit
Price calculation method
Calculate the processing cost according to the quantity, size and accuracy requirements of the parts
1.If the aperture ratio is not more than 2.5 times and the diameter is less than 25MM, it is calculated according to the drill diameter * 0.5
2.The charging standard for general materials with a depth-to-diameter ratio greater than 2.5 is calculated based on the depth-to-diameter ratio*0.4
3.Lathe processing
If the machining long diameter of the general precision optical axis is not greater than 10, it is calculated according to the workpiece blank size * 0.2
If the aspect ratio is greater than 10, the base price of the general optical axis * aspect ratio * 0.15
If the accuracy requirement is within 0.05MM or taper is required, it will be calculated according to the base price of the general optical axis*2.
Process price accounting
1.It should include material costs, processing costs, equipment depreciation costs, worker wages, management fees, taxes, etc.
2. The first step is to analyze the processing method, and then calculate the work-hour according to the process, calculate the basic processing cost and other costs of a single part from the work-hour. A part adopts different processes, and the price varies greatly.
3.The working hours of various types of work are not fixed. It will vary according to the difficulty of the workpiece, the size and performance of the equipment. Of course, this also depends on the quantity of the product. the larger the quantity, the cheaper the price.
Basic knowledge of machining accuracy of mechanical parts
Machining accuracy refers to the degree to which the actual size, shape, and position of the surface of the machined part meet the ideal geometric parameters required by the drawing. The ideal geometric parameter is the average size; for the surface geometry, it is the absolute circle, cylinder, plane, cone and straight line, etc.; for the mutual position of the surface, there are absolute parallelism, perpendicularity, coaxiality, symmetry, etc. The deviation between the actual geometric parameters of the part and the ideal geometric parameters is called the machining error
